Magento – RMA
A returned merchandise authorization (RMA) can be granted to customers who request to return an item for replacement or refund
Configuration
On the Admin sidebar, go to Store > Configuration > Aspl > RMA Sytem to configure the module.
Admin have an option for Rma return days apply globally/product-wise,
Select Product-wise then go to Catalog > Product enter the RMA allowed days for products.
RMA menu list
RMA Reason List:
Create Return Reason like Wrong Color,Wrong Size,Out of Service and Other.we can manage it in grid.
RMA Custom Fields:
Admin can add extra fields in RMA return request form.
