Role:

The role of a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst is to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for software development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and have a deep understanding of business processes and technology.

Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and end users. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data. Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet business objectives. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities. Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and optimizations. Requirements: 2+ years of relevant work experience in business analysis or related roles. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in tools and techniques for data analysis and visualization. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Experience in creating process flows, use cases, and user stories. Understanding of database concepts and ability to query databases. Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis tools and methodologies.
